Sühring creates fine German cuisine in Bangkok. The restaurant, which twin brothers Thomas and Mathias Sühring opened in 2016, has two Michelin Stars. Sommeliers Iris van Moorsel and Julien Iannaccone hold Rhineland-Palatinate wines in high esteem.

Honored with three Michelin Stars, and predominantly Mediterranean cuisine on the menu – that is the restaurant Lasarte in Barcelona. Sommelier Joan Carles Ibáñez, who has worked in top restaurants for decades, knows virtually every wine in the world. In 2006, Spanish top chef Martín Berasategui opened Lasarte in Barcelona. The restaurant earned its third Michelin Star in 2017. Manager and sommelier Joan Carles Ibáñez has been working for decades in fine dining.
