In the heart of the Thai capital, the two-Michelin-Star restaurant Sühring transforms German classics like currywurst and spaetzle into a fine dining experience. Top sommeliers Iris van Moorsel and Julien Iannaccone agree that this wouldn’t be possible without premium wines from Rhineland-Palatinate.

Sühring creates fine German cuisine in Bangkok. The restaurant, which twin brothers Thomas and Mathias Sühring opened in 2016, has two Michelin Stars. Sommeliers Iris van Moorsel and Julien Iannaccone hold Rhineland-Palatinate wines in high esteem.

Barcelona

Honored with three Michelin Stars, and predominantly Mediterranean cuisine on the menu – that is the restaurant Lasarte in Barcelona. Sommelier Joan Carles Ibáñez, who has worked in top restaurants for decades, knows virtually every wine in the world. When he talks about wines from Rhineland-Palatinate, his eyes light up – as do those of maître d’ Antonio Coelho.

In 2006, Spanish top chef Martín Berasategui opened Lasarte in Barcelona. The restaurant earned its third Michelin Star in 2017. Manager and sommelier Joan Carles Ibáñez has been working for decades in fine dining.

Finest Korean cuisine, inspired by the French art of cooking – and on top of that, wines from Rhineland-Palatinate. The top New York restaurant Jungsik is as multifaceted as the city itself. Sommelier Cameron Dellinger loves the Big Apple, but his thoughts are often in our vineyards.
